After graduating from medical school, she worked in Beijing Chun-Wun Hospital, Beijing Kuan-Jie Hospital and Ji-Shui-Tan Hospital respectively as a medical doctor, and practiced Western Medicine with Chinese Medicine side by side. Dr. Grace has profound knowledge, strong abilities, and productive experiences to deal with complicated cases, rareness, and chronic conditions.

Dr. George is an experienced coach, counselor, and naturopathic doctor. His personal and professional experience in movement, physical training, meditation, mindfulness, and mind-body exercise surpasses 35 years. Throughout that time breathing, mindfulness, and mind-body practices have been integral to his approach to training and care. While the first half of his career focused on exercise and physical performance, the latter half has been oriented toward health and wellness. His primary focus during this time has been on treating stress, anxiety, trauma, attention, and emotional disorders. ​

I have over 20 years experience as a Registered Dietitian with a master's degree in Public Health Nutrition (MPH). I also have a bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology and am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
