I am a Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorders/disordered eating for over 10 years. My goal is to help women heal their relationship with food while nourishing their bodies. I help to educate and empower women through their recovery with disordered eating and negative body image. I listen and take into account the whole person in order to create a lifestyle and eating plan that is realistic for their lives.

Our is to provide weight inclusive medical nutrition therapy, using the principles of Intuitive Eating in a HAES aligned practice. The intent of our counseling is to help people find peace with food freedom, develop a healthy relationship with food and their bodies, and focus on gentle nutrition to manage and prevent chronic disease states.

Hi! I am Rachael, a registered dietitian nutritionist with a focus on gastrointestinal health and sports nutrition as well as overall wellness. I have experience in a variety of healthcare settings including hospitals, long-term care, rehabilitation, outpatient counseling, and higher education. I have a BA in Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado and an MS in Applied Nutrition from the University of New England. Living with GI disorders is difficult and I want to help my patients get out of pain and feel healthy again. I have a certificate from Monash University in low FODMAP-Diet instruction, which is used in IBS.

Originally an Electrical Engineer, attending Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Mark experienced the gentle precision of Atlas Orthogonal and interned at the Sweat Institute of Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractic with Dr. Roy Sweat, the inventor of Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractic. After two years of intensive instruction in Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractic, Dr. Mark returned to Chicago to help Chicagoland get rid of pain. Hi, I'm Stephanie! I’m a Health at Every Size aligned dietitian specializing in eating disorder recovery, intuitive eating, and weight neutral medical nutrition therapy. I work with clients to develop an individualized nourishment plan based on their hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues – without relying on external factors like calorie counting or food restriction to guide eating. I believe that food should be satisfying, fun, and easy. I believe that wellness should be accessible to everyone. And I believe that people in all bodies deserve respectful, compassionate care.

Majority of my experience has been at the inpatient level of care, most recently serving as the Supervisor of Dietitians and Inpatient Eating Disorder Program at a behavioral health hospital. I have also worked in transitional living, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient nutrition counseling. As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), I work throughout the spectrum of eating disorders with all aged individuals.
