I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in China and received my MD in 1993. I am a licensed Associate Chief Physician of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China. During my 17 years of practice at the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which is also the National Acupuncture Clinical Research Center of China. I participated in numerous research projects for treating stroke, paralysis, acute and chronic pain, dementia, prostatitis and insomnia with acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine.

My diverse training emphasizing acupuncture and encompassing other modalities, allows me to asses your needs and symptoms and create individualized treatments by combining my knowledge of nutrition, mental health, Chinese Medicine, and Somatic Movement Therapy.
