Majority of my experience has been at the inpatient level of care, most recently serving as the Supervisor of Dietitians and Inpatient Eating Disorder Program at a behavioral health hospital. I have also worked in transitional living, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient nutrition counseling. As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), I work throughout the spectrum of eating disorders with all aged individuals.

Cristina is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist ready to assist you in cultivating an enjoyable connection with food, while recognizing and honoring the significance food holds in your life. Cristina's approach is providing compassionate, non-diet, and Health at Every Size (HAES) to client care. She believes well-being extends beyond any particular measurement. She will focus on fostering a positive relationship to food and support you in making choices that align with your well-being. Dr. Wang has over 30 years' experiences in various pain management, stroke rehab, anxiety hypertension, diabetes, gynecology and cancer support, and many other conditions. He graduated from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine; completed 5-year residence training at Xi-yuan Hospital China Academy of Chinese medicine, a fully-integrated hospital with Chinese & Western Medicine with world-renowned Chinese medicine specialists in a variety of areas in internal medicine, neuro-muscular condition, Gynecology and cancers.

She believes that food should not only be used to nourish the mind and body, but should be positively enjoyed as well. Carrie takes pride in her extensive experience as an outpatient dietitian. Her active listening skills and knowledge gives her the insight to work closely with clients to create their own individual path to wellness. Carrie values learning about each individual and their story, and believes everyone deserves to feel healthy.

Our genetic makeup is what makes us unique and is complex in nature. Originally learned as being but a factor that is completely out of our control, epigenetic research shows otherwise. What we now know through science is that factors from our environment such as diet, physical activity, sleep and stress, actually play a large role in the expression of our genes. While we can't entirely change what we are born with, healthy habits do in fact nurture healthy genes. In a nutshell, I'm here to challenge, support and guide you in rewiring your genes and taking direct control over your life.

She takes a client-centered approach in her nutritional counseling, focusing on the specific needs of each individual. While providing a non-judgmental, positive and encouraging atmosphere for her clients, she uses goal and evidence based nutrition therapy to help clients achieve their desired results. Christine enjoys a hands-on approach, often helping clients with meal planning and grocery shopping.

Brittany Bingham MS, RD, LD is a dietitian with many years of experience in dietetics and wellness. Brittany earned her undergraduate degree at Northern Illinois University. After undergrad, she moved back to her hometown to build her nutrition skills through the Sodexo Dietetic Internship with a focus in clinical nutrition while simultaneously completing her MS in Dietetics.
