Struggling with disordered eating can be isolating and scary and no one should have to go it alone. I offer individualized 1:1 support to those wanting to heal their relationship with food. I am rooted in a Health at Every Size and social justice framework. I offer a harm reduction approach to all clients and believe that "recovery" is something that is unique to and should be defined by each person.

I am a naturopathic physician with a special interest in healthy aging, geriatric care, digestive health, navigating menopause, hormonal health, and emotional wellbeing. To me, being a doctor is not just providing medical advice, it is providing compassion, empathy, and validation to every patient I encounter. It is going the extra mile to dig deeper and find solutions, even when the answers don't come easily. It is about supporting patients on their health journeys, empowering them to move forward with resilience and confidence. I believe that the doctor-patient relationship should be a partnership, with you at the wheel.

Alex is a board-certified lead dietitian at one of New York's largest hospitals. He started his private practice to improve access to nutritional counseling and build deep, long-term relationships with patients who are managing nutrition-related health conditions. His work focuses on patients with both chronic and acute/severe conditions, ranging from rapid weight change to cancer. Regardless of health reason, Alex strives to always create a kind and caring environment for his patients.

Dr. Adam Geiger is a naturopathic physician specializing in musculoskeletal ultrasound and orthopedic medicine. Dr. Geiger graduated from the University of Michigan with an honors degree in biochemistry and completed the Naturopathic Medicine program at Bastyr University in 2005. He was selected for a two year residency in nutritional and orthopedic medicine with Thomas Dorman, MD at the Paracelsus Clinic and was trained in Cyriax orthopedics and prolotherapy. He remained on staff there until 2009 and in 2010 he started his private practice in Seattle specializing in regenerative and orthopedic medicine.

I first discovered acupuncture while completing my pre-reqs with the intention of attending medical school at UW - I was struggling with migraines that Western Medicine was incapable of helping me with. An Acupuncturist was able to help me live a migraine free life what I couldn't have previously imagined was possible. I simply fell in love with the medicine and altered my course to pursue my Masters in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. Fast forward 14 years, I still love the medicine and am thrilled, on a daily basis, on how I am able to help people improve their lives with a natural, holistic approach to their health.

Dr. Chelsea Gordon received her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University. During her studies at Bastyr, Dr. Gordon focused her clinical experience in women's health and pediatrics. She furthered her education by completing additional coursework in advanced pediatrics, childbirth education, infant and maternal nutrition, botanical medicine and neonatology. After graduation, Dr. Gordon continued her training with a pediatric focused residency in Carnation, WA. Prior to medical school, she received her Bachelor of Science in Health Psychology and Human Biology with an emphasis in nutrition.

I work with patients to determine underlying factors that may be involved with the creation of their particular disease, or inhibition of their general wellness. My practice has a strong focus on the treatment of complex chronic disease, as well as optimizing health in those whose goal is increased vitality and the prevention of future illness. I also enjoy working with those who are planning to become pregnant to optimize fertility and create wellness for both parents and their children.

Katie is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist that collaborates with all clients to create sustainable lifestyle changes that support their overall health and well-being. Food acts as fuel but also has the ability to cultivate memories, emotions and traditions. She believes that food should not only support someone’s physical health, but their social, emotional, and mental health as well. With an “all foods fit”, body positive approach, Katie focuses on identifying individual barriers and personal preferences as she works closely to establish confidence in clients reaching their unique goals.
