Jillian is a registered dietitian that has experience working with both adolescent and adult eating disorder residential patients. Jillian emphasizes building trust with each client to create a safe and comfortable space during each session while meeting them where they are at in the recovery process. She is passionate about teaching the importance of nutrition with the philosophy of balance, variety and moderation to her clients and exploring their relationship with food and work towards food freedom.

I have over 23 years experience as a registered nurse and 14 years as acupuncturist. I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Delaware in 1988, and a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture from MUIH, formerly known as Tai Sophia Institute, in 2007. I have practiced nursing at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, King Edward Memorial Hospital in Bermuda, and at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. Additionally, I was a research nurse with Johns Hopkins University, studying heart failure and cardiomyopathy. After completing a clinical internship at Tai Sophia Institute, I opened my private practice in 2007.

As a Master's degree level dietitian, I provide a wide range of topics during nutrition counseling that will be tailored to your needs and concerns. I have nine combined years of experience in child and adult nutrition.

I specialize in recovery from an eating disorder or disordered eating patterns. My goal is to help clients live a life free from intrusive thoughts about food, body image, and movement. I have experience helping adolescent and adult clients with all eating disorder diagnoses.

Chinese Medical Doctor Guorong Du graduated from Hubei University of Chinese Medicine of China in 1983, and has been practicing since then. She had practiced as principal doctor of Chinese medicine for 15 years from 1983 to 1998 at Wuhan Commercial Hospital in China that provides multiple functions with 500 beds. Her experience in the hospital included: clinical services, hospital wards, medical consultant and training instructions. In the USA since she came in 1998, She has successfully treated many patients with different kinds of symptoms and diseases.
