Even as a child I had these and other digestive issues. I tried everything! I felt like I was eating well and exercising, and the problems would not subside. It wasn't until I discovered a different way of approaching and solving problems that were the ROOT CAUSE of my issues did I see success. And today, I'm symptom-free, and have been for many years. She believes that food choices should not only support someone’s physical health, but their social, emotional, and mental health as well. Her past experiences have fueled her particular interest in health and wellness, and she loves helping clients find creative ways to make food both nourishing and healing. Through evidence-based practice and individualized care, Faith aims to help patients form positive relationships with food that will promote long-lasting healthy habits.
