My name is Kiersten, although I go by Kiersti. I am a registered dietitian that values individuals and their holistic needs. Dr. Heather Buckle is a naturopathic doctor who provides specialized support for chronic gastroenterology issues (GI). Dr. Buckle has spent the past several years, serving thousands of patients with GI conditions including IBS, SIBO, fructose malabsorption, chronic reflux (GER), eosinophilic esophagitis (EOE), Crohn’s, ulcerative colitis, and everything in between. During this time, she has gained extensive expertise in helping to manage these conditions and improve health and function for her patients. In her practice, Dr. Buckle and her team come across many patients who have been battling chronic GI issues.

Dr. Fred Chard Dr. Chard received his DC degree from Western States Chiropractic, Portland, Oregon in 1977. His first animal patients were a goat, and then horses. From 1984-5, Dr. Chard also attended acupuncture college in Honolulu, HI, at the Amerasian Institute The doctor moved to Washington, and worked with a holistic veterinarian in Renton, WA, providing animal chiropractic care to dogs and cats from 1989 to 2001. In 2005, Dr. Chard was awarded his national certification in non-needle ear acupuncture by the Auriculo-Therapy Institute of Los Angeles, California. Emily practices out of Health Loft and specializes in working with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Plant Based Diets, Digestive Issues, Body Image Concerns and other conditions. She strongly believes that all foods fit and strives to help clients in their food freedom journey. Using a weight neutral and non-judgemental approach, Emily believes that health is multifactorial and will work to see you as a person, rather than a diagnosis. Emily has spent the majority of her career in higher levels of care for eating disorder treatment (RES, PHP, IOP) treating various eating disorders diagnoses.

Hello, I am Virginia (Gigi) a registered dietitian, psychotherapist, and yoga and mindfulness teacher. I specialize in supporting individuals struggling with eating disorders/disordered eating, are in a journey of healing their relationships with food and exercise and want reconnection with their bodies. I also provide individualized medical nutrition therapy for diverse health conditions from a weight inclusive approach. In addition, I specialize in mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and trauma and support clients with nutrition and mental health counseling to improve symptoms and feel better.
