Dr. Valentina Benitez, ND, provides an individualized and holistic approach to family medicine, pediatrics, sports medicine, prenatal and postpartum care. She is also trained in holistic pelvic floor and shiatsu massage. Dr. Benitez provides education and insight at every visit. She believes that health and harmony are always possible, and she is here to help you get there. Dr. Benitez is especially interested in treating children (newborn and up) and families.

My goal for any treatment is to help bring the body back into a state of coherence. When we’re in a state of coherence, our breath is expansive, our muscles are hydrated, our digestion is strong, our skin and eyes glow, and we feel more like ourselves.
