Hi! I’m Dr. Bethany and I am so honored to share my passion for naturopathic medicine with you. I’m a licensed naturopathic doctor (ND) trained as a primary care physician and have completed additional training focused in reproductive health, fertility awareness method, and pelvic floor therapy. Some of my favorite areas of health to support include: Preconception/postpartum care, menstrual disorders including PCOS, PMS, PMDD, endocrine imbalances including Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. I practice with an emphasis on body literacy and cycle tracking for adolescents through adulthood.

Everyone can achieve a greater degree of health, be it physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual, and being a licensed Naturopath AND acupuncturist, I can provide many treatment options. I am looking for patients who want to sleep well, feel energized, think clearly, feel calm and centered, have a sense of humor, and really love life. Patients need to feel better so I first reduce current symptoms to improve immediate health, and then work with patients in a caring and respectful relationship to discover and treat the underlying cause, meet each patient's health goals, and prevent future disease.

Hello! I’m Dr. Emma Kingsberg. I’m a licensed naturopathic doctor (ND) with a master’s of science in nutrition (MSN) and a certification in pelvic floor therapy. I specialize in women’s health with an emphasis on sexual reproductive medicine, fertility and preconception care. I'm passionate about autonomy and love helping women with natural birth control methods such as fertility awareness. I use the menstrual cycle as a diagnostic tool to learn more about the body and ways to optimize it so you can feel your best. I frequently treat women with PCOS, PMS, endometriosis, hypothalamic amenorrhea, hypothyroid, and sub-fertility.

Sofia is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), Hormonal Imbalances (PCOS, etc.), and interested in Sports Nutrition. Sofia is passionate about helping others build a positive relationship with food and their bodies. Nutrition is not one-size-fits all, and Sofia believes in the importance of having a client-centered approach and providing personalized nutrition care. Her past experiences have driven her desire to help others reach lifestyle changes in a sustainable and practical way.

I have a clinical focus in women's health, environmental health, sports medicine, and mental health. I see patients for hormone management, chronic infection management, general medicine, chronic illness and autoimmune disease management, regenerative medicine, weight management programs, corrective exercise programs, therapeutic injection therapies, and craniosacral therapy. I also have a special interest in patients with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. With 26 years experience, I have a skilled, intuitive sense of touch. My specialties include trigger point massage (NMT), craniosacral therapy, and Bowen Therapy. Dr. Valentina Benitez, ND, provides an individualized and holistic approach to family medicine, pediatrics, sports medicine, prenatal and postpartum care. She is also trained in holistic pelvic floor and shiatsu massage. Dr. Benitez provides education and insight at every visit. She believes that health and harmony are always possible, and she is here to help you get there. Dr. Benitez is especially interested in treating children (newborn and up) and families.

At East West College in Portland, Oregon; I completed the 801 hour program specializing in Myofascial Realignment while including modalities in Trigger Point, Postural Assessments, PNF, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Structural Integration. I was on the path towards nursing working in the Trauma Unit. There, I realized that my true healing potential to assist others along their unique journey towards ultimate well being, and my healing intentions was best expressed through the power of touch. I now focus my practice mostly for those experiencing chronic pain, motor vehicle accidents, and post surgery as well as those in sports training.

I practice an intuitive art form rooted in scientific knowledge. Traditional medicine does not specialize in treating the myofascial restrictions that may be involved in chronic pain conditions or structural dysfunction. The tried and true techniques of deep tissue massage and myofascial release aim to restore the normal functioning of fascia by breaking up the glue that binds these adhesions. I do this by applying slow, sustained pressure, gradually working up to the threshold of what you can tolerate.
