I am a registered dietitian with an emphasis in eating disorder treatment. I love working with adolescents and adults of all ages as they navigate recovery from eating disorders, disordered eating and/or chronic dieting. I'm also passionate about assisting individuals in other health conditions that present either independently or co-occuring with eating disorders such as gastrointestinal challenges, diabetes, etc.

Dr. Xie (Dr. J) is a national board certified acupuncturist and herbalist (NCCAOM Diplomate of Oriental Medicine). Dr. J is a licensed acupuncturist in Illinois and Wisconsin. He practiced traditional and conventional medicine in China from 1985 to 2005 as a physician and professor at Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. He has practiced acupuncture in USA since 2005. He currently is a Professor and a clinical supervisor at the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine. His training includes 5 years of medical school, 3 years of residency, 7 years of postgraduate training in traditional and conventional medicine.

I provide gentle, low-force chiropractic adjustments to reduce/remove pain, strengthen your body's natural ability to heal and increase your potential for health. Through Chiropractic adjustments I have helped relieve conditions ranging from back and neck pain to migraines and asthma. I believe that your body has the capability to heal naturally.
