Hi! I’m Dr. Bethany and I am so honored to share my passion for naturopathic medicine with you. I’m a licensed naturopathic doctor (ND) trained as a primary care physician and have completed additional training focused in reproductive health, fertility awareness method, and pelvic floor therapy. Some of my favorite areas of health to support include: Preconception/postpartum care, menstrual disorders including PCOS, PMS, PMDD, endocrine imbalances including Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. I practice with an emphasis on body literacy and cycle tracking for adolescents through adulthood.

I practice an intuitive art form rooted in scientific knowledge. Traditional medicine does not specialize in treating the myofascial restrictions that may be involved in chronic pain conditions or structural dysfunction. The tried and true techniques of deep tissue massage and myofascial release aim to restore the normal functioning of fascia by breaking up the glue that binds these adhesions. I do this by applying slow, sustained pressure, gradually working up to the threshold of what you can tolerate.

Dr. Valentina Benitez, ND, provides an individualized and holistic approach to family medicine, pediatrics, sports medicine, prenatal and postpartum care. She is also trained in holistic pelvic floor and shiatsu massage. Dr. Benitez provides education and insight at every visit. She believes that health and harmony are always possible, and she is here to help you get there. Dr. Benitez is especially interested in treating children (newborn and up) and families.

I like to spend quality time with every patient and provide the highest level of care. By taking the time to not only treat the symptoms but also check the root cause. I treat the "whole" person -- body, mind and spirit.

I develop intensive and comprehensive treatment programs for individuals diagnosed with all types and stages of cancer. I utilize IV therapies such as dichloroacetate (DCA), vitamin C, lipoic acid, DMSO and other nutrients, in addition to ultraviolet blood irradiation (UVBI). I am also trained in the Kelley Enzyme Protocol, which utilizes very high dose pancreatic enzymes. In addition to these therapies all patients are on specific dietary, detoxification and stress management programs.

Having type 1 diabetes myself, I aim to help you reduce the burden of living with diabetes through education and technology. I provide holistic care to help you balance all areas of health, and collaborate with you and your healthcare team to create a personalized management plan.

A native of China, Dr. Lu is widely recognized as an exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced senior practitioner in the arts of acupuncture, herbal medicine and Chinese tuina massage for two decades. Formally educated and trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine, both in China and the U.S., and with 20 years of teaching, research, and clinical experience in those two countries, Dr. Lu has helped thousands of patients to achieve their goals of living healthy and happier lives.

I am happy to support your primary care needs in addition to gynecological health concerns. My goal is to work with patients to re-establish the foundations of health using stress management, nutrition, botanical medicine, homeopathy, and bodywork. Therapeutic touch is a large part of my practice, which can include pelvic floor therapy, different types of massage, and craniosacral therapy.

Everyone can achieve a greater degree of health, be it physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual, and being a licensed Naturopath AND acupuncturist, I can provide many treatment options. With over a decade of experience in the world of movement and mindfulness, Kate focuses on getting people out of pain and living in a more embodied relationship with their present life. She has spent time in the research of chronic pain and its neurological impact on our autonomic nervous system, informing her holistic approach to orthopedic treatment. Most recently, she has studied in the Sports Medicine Acupuncture Certification program, the most comprehensive orthopedic post-graduate program available to acupuncturists. I primarily treat chronic pain and musculoskeletal injuries. My belief is that these are often multi-faceted. Injuries can ultimately be a result of structural or movement imbalances that go beyond a simple slip and fall. Pain itself can have multiple causes; there are different "types" of pain. As such, patients often need a diverse approach and my goal is to help guide this process.

Basically, any symptom that is hormonally related and causing you to seek out alternative care because your current docs have told you, "you're fine!"

Sofia is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), Hormonal Imbalances (PCOS, etc.), and interested in Sports Nutrition. Sofia is passionate about helping others build a positive relationship with food and their bodies. Nutrition is not one-size-fits all, and Sofia believes in the importance of having a client-centered approach and providing personalized nutrition care. Her past experiences have driven her desire to help others reach lifestyle changes in a sustainable and practical way.

My goal for any treatment is to help bring the body back into a state of coherence. When we’re in a state of coherence, our breath is expansive, our muscles are hydrated, our digestion is strong, our skin and eyes glow, and we feel more like ourselves. This is the state where healing and regeneration happens. With continued treatment and practice over time, this state can become more of a baseline.
