Nutrition is not one-size-fits-all, so I really spend the time getting to know my clients and offer a personalized plan that will work for you. As a Naturopathic and Chinese medicine physician, I focus on treating the underlying cause of disease often resulting in "miraculous" cures to even the most complicated health disorders. Using the holistic healing principles of both Nature Cure (Naturopathic) and the ancient system of Chinese medicine I individualize treatments to meet your needs and not the disease. This is where the magic happens. Within my holistic practice, I specialize in the treatment of thyroid disorders.

With over a decade of experience in the world of movement and mindfulness, Kate focuses on getting people out of pain and living in a more embodied relationship with their present life. She has spent time in the research of chronic pain and its neurological impact on our autonomic nervous system, informing her holistic approach to orthopedic treatment. Most recently, she has studied in the Sports Medicine Acupuncture Certification program, the most comprehensive orthopedic post-graduate program available to acupuncturists. I have been a practicing physician for 20 years. As a Naturopathic Doctor I specialize in musculoskeletal rehabilitation (acute and chronic joint and muscle pain), and women’s health (PMS, menopause, fatigue, insomnia, thyroid, hormones).
