Hi, I'm Emma! I am a registered dietitian and trainer. My goal is to help you free their mind from restrictive dieting, and help you reach your health and fitness goals in a sustainable way that suits your lifestyle. I believe we all innately know what is best for our body. I hope to empower you through education and coaching, to help you navigate your inner knowing around food. I am a licensed acupuncturist with M.D. and Ph.D. degrees. I obtained MD degree from Taishan Medical College and practiced Internal Medicine for 6 years, then I studied Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shanghai University of TCM for 6 years and attained PhD degree. I practiced acupuncture and herbal medicine together with medical practice for another more than 10 years before I came to the United States. In addition to relieve various pain and manage stress/anxiety, I am also specialized in treating aging related problems, women's health, sexual dysfunction, side-effects of chemo- radio-therapies, and skin disorders.

I am a private practice dietitian and certified diabetes educator. I accept all major insurances. I provide one-on-one nutrition counseling services and specialize in diabetes. I help my patients improve their health and blood sugar through providing education, meal planning, reviewing continuous glucose monitoring data/food journals, and creating realistic and sustainable goals. I use an individualized approach to nutrition as I recognize everybody is different! I am passionate about helping people learn and understand food better to eliminate the anxiety and frustration around eating. After all, food is meant to be enjoyed!

Board certified acupuncturist with over 15 years total experience in health care. Dr. Gossett earned a Doctor of Acupuncture Medicine degree, magna cum laude, from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, CA, a Master's diploma in Classical Chinese Medicine from Jung Tao in Sugar Grove, NC, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of TN, Knoxville. Her cumulative education and experience provides an outstanding service to the people of Murfreesboro and surrounding areas.

Originally from Tennessee, Dr. Scott graduated from Lipscomb University with a B.S. in Biology/Pre-med. She then earned her degree in naturopathic medicine from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona. She then completed her residency in naturopathic and integrative medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. She enjoys hiking, playing the guitar and piano, participating in church activities, spending time with family and friends, and going on adventures with her husband, Josh. She wants to continue to bring naturopathic medicine to the South and around the country.
