Nicholas is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who graduated with a B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science with a concentration in Dietetics and completed dietetic training with a focus on disease management and health promotion at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2018. Nicholas has also completed training in the FODMAP diet for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) through Monash University. Nicholas knows firsthand the devastating impact chronic diseases have on someone's life, and it is what drives him in his career as a dietitian.

I provide nutritional therapy to guide individuals in redefining their relationships with food, nutrition, body image, and overall wellness.

As a Nutrition Therapist, my goal is to repair, rebuild and restore you back to health by teaching you how to renourish yourself mind, body and spirit, verses just teaching you how to eat. In most cases, successful nutrition therapy is not a "quick-fix". My role is to have a clear understanding of your goals and to work with you step-by-step in helping you to achieve them. I have a collaborative approach focusing on progress not perfection and believe in using the food plan that best fits you.

I am Board Certified in Integrative and functional Medicine. That means that I work with clients to find the root causes of their symptoms in a holistic way. We are learning that maintaining our gut health is the root of treating many diseases including autoimmune, inflammatory, skin, obesity, cancer, allergies, and more. I work with clients to figure out why they are struggling with a condition and treat it using food as medicine, identifying food sensitivities, providing nutrients to maximize the body's functioning, and if needed, I do cooking sessions to teach how to make healthy food taste great.

To me, healing is so much more than an academic approach telling me where to put the needles when treating a patient. My goal is to listen with my ears, mind, heart, and intuition to discover what your body and spirit need. I incorporate energy healing into my treatments to address the spiritual imbalances that contribute to physical symptoms. Jennifer is a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience in the field of nutrition. After earning her bachelor’s degree in dietetics from Ohio University, Jennifer completed an accredited dietetic internship and master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. When working with Jennifer, she will support you in accomplishing your health goals in a non-judgmental environment. Jennifer has enjoyed working in various healthcare settings providing medical nutrition therapy to adults with chronic diseases as well as ensuring pregnant women are meeting their nutrition requirements.

My name is Michel Harris and I have been a Registered Dietitian since 2000 and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist since 2010. I completed my undergraduate and graduate studies at Benedictine University before by internship at Hines VA Hospital. Some of my past work experiences have included long term care, foodservice management, private practice serving individuals with eating disorders, and inpatient positions in hospitals. My passion for teaching the future generation of nutrition professionals led me to start teaching in 2018.

In her 13 years of working for the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Cubs, Founder Jenny Westerkamp combined her expertise in nutrition with the power of behavior change coaching to help her professional athlete clients take their health and performance to the next level. She now brings her "Dietitian Coach Approach" to everyone who wants to make long-lasting changes to better their health. And the best part - it can be covered by your insurance! Solveig is a Registered Dietitian who specializes in women's health, fertility, and PCOS. She fosters a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their relationship with food and learn to make mindful choices that nourish both body and soul. Solveig believes in a holistic, non-diet approach to nutrition counseling, empowering clients to be the expert of their own body. She believes her job as a dietitian is to share evidence-based knowledge, provide nutrition education, and help reframe limiting beliefs while respecting client's autonomy regarding their health choices.

If food feels difficult, confusing and/or causes you worry, let’s talk about it. I’m here to help make it a bit easier. I use a nonjudgmental, weight-neutral and gender inclusive approach, to help all people realize that food can and does mean so much more than just the nutrients on the plate, and empower them that having a normalized relationship with food is possible. I believe in utilizing an all foods fit mentality to neutralize from the notion of “good” or “bad” foods. I specialize in working with adults, but can provide referrals to other providers who work with children or adolescents, upon request.

Melanie Lewis is an experienced registered dietitian living in Chicago. Her curiosity for food and nutrition began at a young age harvesting and preparing the fresh fruits and vegetables grown right in her own backyard. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Penn State University. After graduation, she traveled to New Orleans, Louisiana to complete over 1000 hours of supervised practice at Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Her experience has allowed her to provide evidence-based nutrition education to diverse populations with a variety of nutritional needs.

Meredith Starr is a registered dietitian and Director of Nutrition Services at Allow Wellness in Chicago. She is an alumna of the University of Illinois at Chicago Coordinated Nutrition Program and began her nutrition career at UI Health general inpatient services while working part-time at a residential treatment facility for eating disorders. Meredith is deeply passionate about the treatment of eating disorders and has been practicing in this field for the past seven years.

Brooklyn is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who earned both her Bachelor of Science in Community-Medical Dietetics and Master of Science in Nutrition Science degrees from Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI. She also completed her 1,200+ hour dietetic internship that focused on both community and clinical dietetics. During nutrition counseling sessions with Brooklyn, you can expect to feel fully heard and motivated to reach your unique nutritional goals.

Peggy is a registered and licensed dietitian. She graduated Cum Laude with a double major in biology and psychology from Loyola University. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Illinois, with her Dietetics degree and her Masters in Public Health. Peggy has counseled thousands of patients in an outpatient setting for over 22 years. By working with Peggy, you will gain increased clarity with not only your personal nutrition goals, but also the sometimes confusing and conflicting nutrition landscape. She provides one-on-one, personalized nutrition recommendations in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
