Cranio-sacral therapy, a gentle yet deep approach to healing, especially beneficial for: Headaches, Neck/Back Pain, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, TMJ Issues, Brain/Spinal Cord/Facial Injuries, Depression/Anxiety/Stress/PTSD, Deep Relaxation, CNS Disorders, Cranial Nerve Issues etc. Certification in inter-oral work, addressing muscles/tissues of the mouth.
Family Constellations: a healing modality integrating Western Psychology, ancient Tribal Knowledge, and the deep wisdom of our souls. Epigenetic studies revealed that traumatic experiences can be passed down the generations through genetic expression. In a constellation we uncover and acknowledge hidden dynamics. This work can happen in a group or 1 on 1.
