Welcome to Nutrition Counseling of New England! Where I have the honor of working with individual clients, families, and worksites. I help individuals who are looking to quit dieting for good and instead heal their relationship with food. My clients learn how to healthfully prepare their favorite foods and enjoy them fully! I became a dietitian in 2013 because of a strong interest and passion for food. That passion for food started in my teens and ultimately fueled my decision to go to culinary school. I specialize in assessing and addressing symptoms of RED-S and Low Energy Availability. I work with athletes with nutrition for post-injury recovery. I work with clients to discover the skills necessary to navigate the world of diet culture through a non-diet approach. I currently have a New Hampshire license in Acupuncture. I began my career in China where I underwent formal Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine training and worked at Chongqing TCM Orthopedics Hospital for 10 years as OMD (Oriental Medical Doctor) and Acupuncturist. After I came to the US, I took the exam for the Acupuncture Board diploma and have served in New Hampshire as an acupuncturist since 2003.

I am a New Hampshire licensed acupuncturist, board-certified Chinese herbalist and owner of Nashua Acupuncture Center (formerly Acupoint of New Hampshire and Nashua Acupuncture). I specialize in the treatment of women's health conditions, specifically female and male infertility, menstrual disorders and menopause. In addition to reproductive health conditions, I also treat acute and chronic pain conditions.
