Brittany loves to cook and has combined this hobby with her passion for health and longevity to help clients cultivate a diet that is focused on clean eating and real foods. Working with Brittany, clients will learn to develop sustainable, healthy habits that will become a lifestyle, lasting them beyond their immediate goals.

I am a passionate dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator and strive to help others become their best self through nutrition and lifestyle changes. Xiaona Yang, M.D (China), Dipl.OM, has over 20 years clinical dermatology & pain management experience in acupuncture , Chinese herbs and western medicine in China . graduated with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM ) from a 5-year medical program at HeBei college of TCM . after graduation she continued 3 - year medical program in dermatology at HuBei university of TCM where she get M.D. in dermatology of Western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine . Dermatology has a unique character that doctors usually just use their eyes to get diagnosis, Dr. Yang has accumulated much clinic experience during practicing in China .
