I’m Kate, a registered and licensed dietitian based in St. Louis, MO. I work with adults and adolescents of all genders to heal their relationships with food and body by using an anti-diet, body-neutral approach. I enjoy supporting my clients to find peace with food, body, and movement despite being in a diet-centered world with ever changing body ideals.

I work with adolescents and young adults to achieve a healthy relationship with food, body, and exercise. I include families in my treatment, as needed, to ensure adequate supports for everyone. Treating an eating disorder works best with a team- I work with parents, therapists, medical providers, and any other professionals to help my clients recover.

I view health and healing as a partnership. My specialties are Women's Health, Sports Medicine (weekend warriors to the professional athlete), Chronic disease management(including cancer support) and Pediatrics; however, I do see a wide range of patients. I do use a combination of acupuncture, customized herb therapies where applicable, as well as food therapy and lifestyle counseling. It is very important to me that my patients feel empowered to regain control of their health.

As a wellness coach, I help clients navigating a path to the health changes they desire most. Some specific challenges I have helped clients overcome include weight loss, improved nutritional habits, improved fitness, and being able to reduce or eliminate need for medications. Research has shown that lasting change is a process which takes time, curiosity, patience, perseverance and a willingness to grow. Clients often come to me after spending months or even years "stuck in the muck", frustrated at being unable to outgrow old habits which are having a negative impact on their health and well-being.

Dr. Lily Hongbo Liu, OMD, PhD is one of a few acupuncturists who hold both an MD and PhD degrees with oriental and western medical training. She graduated from ShanDong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in 1988. After she practiced Chinese medicine and acupuncture in Chinese hospital for over ten years., she moved to Japan to earn her PhD of Medical Sciences at Kyoto University in 2005. Then she came to Washington University Medical School for her post-doctoral fellowship. Now she is a national certified acupuncturist by NCCAOM, as well as a licensed acupuncturist in state of Missouri.

I look forward to providing non invasive care for people. The ability to help individuals restore their basis for health, by combining a well rounded variety of naturopathic, chiropractic, and allopathic care.

Kristin is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft, specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues, Crohn's, Celiac, IBS, PCOS, and interested in Weight Management. Kristin enjoys collaborating with her clients and supporting them on their journey towards making sustainable lifestyle changes and believes health relies on the balance of nutritional, mental, social, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness. I have managed thousands of patients suffering with IBS, IBD, GERD, Dyspepsia, Gas/Bloating, Celiac, Hepatitis, Fatty Liver and More! As of now, Missouri is not a licensed state for naturopathic doctors and thus I do not hold a Missouri license. I strongly recommend all potential clients have a primary care physician such as a MD or DO.
