Dr. Liu graduated the top ranked acupuncture major at Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1986. Over 30 years ago, I was a co-founder and a major author of IMT (Integrative Manual Therapy) with my dear wife, Sharon W. Giammatteo, IMT (1948-2015). S. Erin Baldt, DAc, received her training from Southwest Acupuncture College in Santa Fe, NM and is board certified by the National Certification Committee for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She is vice president of the RI Society of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Her internships have included: oncology, women's health, and spinal pain. She has staff privileges at Roger Williams Med, Ctr, and has a professional affiliation with the N.E, Anesthesiology Pain Management Ctr. She is on staff at The Miriam Hospital - specializing in the care of Oncology/Hematology patients. Dr. Baldt is also a member of the American Academy of Pain Management.

She discovered her passion when she became a mother and started merging her background in nutrition with early childhood development and mindful eating practices. She began teaching a course in Family Food & Nutrition in 2008 and has been teaching college courses while juggling motherhood ever since. Her integrative approach to health and wellness in combination with her background in nutrition and experience as a mother make her a wonderful resource. She enjoys interacting with clients to consider how best to help them reach their unique goals.

I specialize in fertility / infertility acupuncture, pain management acupuncture and stress disorders, but my practice is multi-fold and I work with far more than just that. I work with my patients from a holistic perspective, in which we look at diet, lifestyle and all else that can influence health.
