I practice Chinese Acupuncture and Herbology not only to treat a variety of physical symptoms but also as a preventative to many common conditions and ailments. I bring to my practice extensive knowledge of the body gained from my training as a physician and Ob/Gyn in China, and through my 18 years as an practicing acupuncturist. At our clinic we work holistically in both our diagnosis (TCM) and treatment. We believe that pain and disease both manifest from imbalances in Qi, which is the fundamental energy flowing through us. An imbalance in Qi can cause many problems throughout the body.

I am passionate about guiding women in re-establishing a good relationship with food and their bodies. By focusing on health-related goals instead of body size or a number on a scale and challenging food rules that lead to disordered eating, I help individuals regain confidence in themselves and develop autonomy. I am also passionate in working with mothers and future mothers-to-be who want to raise resilient intuitive eaters.

Estee Glikman RDN, CDN, RYT 200 (she/her) is a non-diet registered dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and yoga teacher. Estee’s nutrition and yoga philosophy is rooted in love and acceptance and is largely focused on gently empowering both children and adults to make nourishing choices for their bodies (with food and movement). Estee graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Queens College and then completed her Dietetic Internship at Lehman College in the Bronx, NY.

Catherine obtained a Master’s Degree in Nutritional Science and has over 17 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian. Catherine has experience developing nutrition programs for a health and well-being company and a rehabilitation center. She especially enjoys the one-to-one interaction and relationship that blossoms when working with clients. Tanisha Bandoo is a registered dietitian nutritionist licensed in New York, Connecticut, and Florida. She has worked with a diverse patient population, including adolescents and adults in residential, IOP/PHP, and outpatient levels. At these facilities, she led cooking and nutrition education groups, provided meal support, and developed comprehensive nutritional meal plans. She has experience with ARFID, bulimia nervosa, anorexia nervosa, BED, and other nutritional medical conditions.

Rachel works with clients on individualized, science-backed dietary strategies to achieve sustainable, long-term health. She received her Master's in Clinical Nutrition from NYU and completed clinical training at The Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan. Her nutrition philosophy is centered around optimizing the gut microbiome, the trillions of microorganisms inhabiting our gut. In applying this, Rachel helps others improve their health and prevent or manage chronic conditions.
