We aren’t born knowing how to navigate our relationship with food or our bodies, we are taught. So many different values and opinions contribute to our unique connection (or lack thereof) to food. That’s where I come in. I am here to help you untangle certain messages to find what works for you and your own life, not what diet culture says is best for you. I decided to become a Registered Dietitian while I was mid-treatment for my eating disorder nearly two decades ago. It took a handful of years to make sure I had a solid footing in my recovery before deciding to go back to school to become an Eating Disorder Dietitian.

Healing begins inside you. A doctor is a therapist and also an educator. A patient is a student and also a self-healer. Healing is teamwork and is not dependent on only one party. Patients who have failed using other therapies, and now are interested in alternative medicine. However, Chinese medicine is never an alternative. It is an ancient medicine that views the human body and illness from a different perspective. You may have had experiences before where you are not able to solve a problem but you suddenly found your solution by looking at it from a different angle.

I work with clients to heal their relationship with food and body image. Disordered eating can manifest in many different ways and can be detrimental to health and wellbeing. I work to support my clients as they challenge their negative body image thoughts, detox from diet culture, and arm themselves with the the tools to nourish themselves well for life. I team-up with my clients to move away from food-obsession to achieve consistent and stress-free nutrition.

Gena is a registered dietitian specializing in working with adults with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, GI Disorders (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), PCOS, and Pre/Post Natal Care. Gena believes eating should always be an enjoyable experience and feels it's her passion to help people find that joy in balanced eating. She has seen and felt the positive impact that food can have on one's physical and mental well-being; and she is passionate about helping individuals build healthy and long-lasting habits that improve their quality of life, happiness, and longevity.

I specialize in eating disorder and disordered eating recovery. I also work with athletes and active individuals looking to improve nutrition for their performance. I love working with individuals who have been negatively affected by the messages of diet culture in such a way that they have lost touch with their relationship with food, exercise and their bodies.

I am a functional Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist and a Gut Sleuth. I help health-minded individuals uncover the root cause of their ailments so they can find their happy energetic selves. I am an evidence based Chiropractor with a focus on sports injuries and performance. I regularly treat sprains/strains, muscle and joint pain, back and neck pain. My specialty is chronic disease prevention. I work with clients to create a PLANT-BASED vegan or vegetarian personalized nutrition plan that may include recommendations, sample menus, nutrient analysis and recipe ideas. I have over 20 years' experience as a Vegan Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) providing counseling and personalized nutrition plans as well as developing sustainable food and nutrition education programs for schools and community partners.

Randi Andres is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, PCOS, and Digestive Issues. Her passion is to help clients cultivate a more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. Through a non-diet, weight inclusive philosophy, Randi enjoys providing the tools and support to clients so that they can learn to nourish their bodies in a safe, non-judgmental, and enjoyable way. She believes that through integrating the principles of intuitive eating and health at every size, everyone can and deserves to achieve food freedom.

I practice Traditional Chinese Medicine treating a wide spectrum of complaints from acute injuries to chronic diseases. As a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, I treat the individual and not just the symptoms. My treatment modalities include acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, Chinese herbal prescriptions, cupping, gua sha, auricular (ear) acupuncture, Chinese medical massage, and dietary and lifestyle education/changes. I encourage my patients to be as involved in their treatment and health as I am. I like to educate and communicate and love when my patients ask me questions about how to become healthier!

At this clinic we combine Applied Kinesiology with Acupuncture/Chinese Medicine, which includes cupping. Nutritional therapies are also included to make the treatment complete. Auto accidents respond very well to the treatment protocols.
