Maria is a Registered Dietitian who strongly believes in improving physical, mental, and emotional health through nutrition. Maria enjoys using her clinical background to help others navigate their unique nutritional needs by providing individualized interventions. Maria believes in a patient-centered, evidenced-based approach to nutrition care. She will help you achieve your nutrition goals through education, counseling, and therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure response prevention therapy, and medical nutrition therapy.

Grace (she/her) is an experienced dietitian in the areas of disordered eating and general nutritional wellness. By using an anti-diet and weight inclusive approach, Grace works to help her clients repair their relationship with food and their bodies through Intuitive Eating. By using evidenced-based practices through the lens of the All Foods Fit philosophy and "Health at Every Size" Grace and her clients work together to identify patterns and limiting beliefs that inhibit them from living life unrestricted.

Sara has been a Registered Dietitian since 2016. She specializes in providing medical nutrition therapy for oncology patients. She works with patients prior to starting cancer treatment, during treatment, and for nutrition therapy after completing treatment. During her spare time, Sara enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and hiking.

Christine is a registered and licensed dietitian with over 10 years of medical nutrition therapy experience in various healthcare settings, including the University of Chicago Medical Center. She completed her undergraduate work at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, obtained her RD certificate after her dietetic internship at the University of Wisconsin in Green bay, and later finished her Master’s degree in Sports Nutrition from Concordia University Chicago. She is passionate about helping others reach their fitness, health, and wellness goals, while understanding there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition.

Kelsey is a CDR Board- certified Registered Dietitian. Kelsey graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a B.S. in dietetics. She has over 8 years of experience providing medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling in both inpatient and tele-health settings. Kelsey enjoys working with clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes. She has helped numerous clients meet their goals regarding weight management, diabetes, and heart health. Lizzie received her bachelor’s in nutrition and dietetics from The Ohio State University and went on to complete her dietetic internship at Loyola University Chicago. Prior to Allow Wellness, Lizzie has experience working in a residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient levels of care for eating disorder treatment. She also has experience in research, food insecurity and mental health acute care.

Jane is a licensed registered dietitian. She completed her BS degree in Dietetics and her MS degree in Food and Nutrition at ISU. Jane enjoys personalizing nutrition therapy. She finds fulfillment in working with clients ready to make a change. In her spare time, Jane likes to watch old movies and ride her Peloton. She loves her rescue pets, CeCe and Heathcliff.

Jessica became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist after completing her Dietetic Internship and master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition through Murray State University, Kentucky. She has been afforded the opportunity to work in many clinical settings throughout her career, including rehab facilities, small and large hospitals, and within physician’s offices in addition to one-on-one clients. Hi! My name is Logan Smith. I'm a registered dietitian specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, GI disorders and overall wellness. I work specifically with clients who want to achieve food freedom, work on their relationship with food to improve their health, achieve wellness and ditch the diet mentality for good. Ashley Walls specializes in working with clients interested in general healthy eating, and conditions including Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Celiac, Crohn's, IBS, Intuitive Eating, Weight Management and more. With 3 years of experience at a residential treatment level, Ashley is well versed on the difficulties associated with cooccurring diagnosis and eating disorder recovery. She believes that all foods fit through practice of balance, variety and moderation. Her past experiences as an athlete and personal trainer has prompted a particular interest in sports nutrition.

Angela has been a licensed registered dietitian nutritionist since 2007. She has a certificate of training in Integrative and Functional Nutrition. This means that Angela takes a holistic approach looking at all parameters of a person's health to personalize a specific plan. Angela specializes in digestive health and plant-based nutrition as she has personally experienced issues with Irritable Bowel Syndrome and altered hormones that have been helped with the use of holistic evidence-based nutrition.

My approach is centered on finding balance and nourishing the body in a way that is sustainable, rather than promoting restriction. I consider the emotional, cultural, and spiritual importance of food in people's lives when offering guidance. Shalini is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian who also holds a Master of Science in Health Science and Nutrition from Georgia State University. Shalini began her career as an inpatient Clinical Dietitian over 10 years ago and has since transitioned into providing medical nutrition therapy in outpatient settings. Shalini practices a flexitarian, plant-based style of eating at home. Aside from nutrition, Shalini has a passion for cooking, fitness, and spending time with her family. She became a Registered Dietitian to help people understand the connection between food and wellness.
