She believes that health incorporates emotional, physical, and mental wellbeing.

My name is Michel Harris and I have been a Registered Dietitian since 2000 and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist since 2010. I completed my undergraduate and graduate studies at Benedictine University before by internship at Hines VA Hospital. Some of my past work experiences have included long term care, foodservice management, private practice serving individuals with eating disorders, and inpatient positions in hospitals. My passion for teaching the future generation of nutrition professionals led me to start teaching in 2018.

In my undergraduate program at Benedictine University, I was awarded the community nutrition award; which is awarded to dietetic students that provide service to the community through nutrition. Fast forward a few years, and I have been a dietitian for almost 4 years. It is enlightening to see how much has changed since the beginning of my career. As well as how much I have learned and grown throughout while educating clients about their nutrition needs. Clients should expect to learn what steps to take in their lifestyle to achieve success with any nutrition change they set for themselves.

From a place of compassion and personal experience, I help people find peace in their relationship with food and body. Whether you have a diagnosed eating disorder or you are trapped in the diet-binge cycle, I can help you find freedom and develop confidence in yourself and comfort in your body. I am a dietitian and Board Certified Specialist in Renal Nutrition, based in Chicago, IL, and I am deeply passionate about helping people with kidney disease & kidney health concerns. We'll work together to implement changes that will help improve your labs, slow progression of kidney disease, and ensure you enjoy what you eat! I’ll help you let go of fears and misconceptions about the "renal diet", and gain confidence that you CAN manage your kidney disease and continue doing all the things you love – traveling, being active, and spending precious time with loved ones.

Amy is a Certified Dietitian, with a Bachelor of Nutritional Sciences Degree from the University of Arizona. Amy will use her 10 years of counseling experience with medical nutrition therapy for kidney, cardiac, diabetes and weight management. Amy helps you create realistic, sustainable changes that can go a long way in meeting your unique lifestyle goals. Amy enjoys weight lifting, rucking, hiking and biking in the mountains. Amy chose to study nutrition to help others learn about the connection of nutrition in disease prevention and improving overall health.

Asante is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian. She completed her clinical internship and masters degree at Rush University Medical Center after graduating from Case Western Reserve University. Asante is an expert in counseling and educating patients who need medical nutrition therapy in either an inpatient or outpatient setting. In sessions with Asante she will empower her patients and instill confidence in his or herself to achieve desired goals.

Brittany Bingham MS, RD, LD is a dietitian with many years of experience in dietetics and wellness. Brittany earned her undergraduate degree at Northern Illinois University. After undergrad, she moved back to her hometown to build her nutrition skills through the Sodexo Dietetic Internship with a focus in clinical nutrition while simultaneously completing her MS in Dietetics. Christine is a registered and licensed dietitian with over 10 years of medical nutrition therapy experience in various healthcare settings, including the University of Chicago Medical Center. She completed her undergraduate work at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, obtained her RD certificate after her dietetic internship at the University of Wisconsin in Green bay, and later finished her Master’s degree in Sports Nutrition from Concordia University Chicago. She is passionate about helping others reach their fitness, health, and wellness goals, while understanding there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition.

As a Nutrition Therapist, my goal is to repair, rebuild and restore you back to health by teaching you how to renourish yourself mind, body and spirit, verses just teaching you how to eat. In most cases, successful nutrition therapy is not a "quick-fix". My role is to have a clear understanding of your goals and to work with you step-by-step in helping you to achieve them. I have a collaborative approach focusing on progress not perfection and believe in using the food plan that best fits you.

She received dual bachelor’s degrees in nutrition and psychology at University of Illinois at Chicago and received master’s degree in nutrition at University of Wisconsin. She is a certified specialist in pediatric critical care nutrition and currently working towards certified practitioner in integrative and functional nutrition. Agnes became a dietitian to help people improve their health and relationship with food. She will meet you wherever you are in your journey. She believes that all foods have a place in a well-balanced diet.

Hi, I'm Stephanie! I’m a Health at Every Size aligned dietitian specializing in eating disorder recovery, intuitive eating, and weight neutral medical nutrition therapy. I work with clients to develop an individualized nourishment plan based on their hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues – without relying on external factors like calorie counting or food restriction to guide eating. I believe that food should be satisfying, fun, and easy. I believe that wellness should be accessible to everyone. And I believe that people in all bodies deserve respectful, compassionate care.

Laurie is the founder and chief executive manager of Insight EAP LLC. She is a licensed clinical social worker as well as a licensed acupuncturist who practices integrative health care in Chicago and Park Ridge, IL. Her integrative approach is one that incorporates psychotherapy, Chinese Medicine, nutritional counseling, and exercise, treating the mind - body in a truly holistic way.

I have been a Registered Dietitian for over 10 years, working mostly in clinical, and community outpatient settings. I have in depth experience with gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes, and heart health. After becoming a dietitian, I realized making a change is so much deeper than just “will power” and I developed fiery passion to help people navigate change through balance, which then lead me to have a passion for counseling people with disordered eating/eating disorders.

Emily is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She completed her education at Mount Mary University and her clinical internship at Roger’s Behavioral Health, both in Wisconsin. Within her first year of being an RDN, Emily presented to over 100 RDNs in her state on the importance of weight inclusive care. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading as many books as possible, and being a cat mom to her big cat (Blue) and little cat (Lilly).
