I've seen firsthand the tremendous impact nutrition can have on your brain and body, after suffering a concussion with a multitude of related symptoms, I felt lost. Nutrition saved my brain, and improved my memory and concentration. In the process my gut health also improved, sugar cravings went away, and I slept better. I suffered a lot of different symptoms after my concussion and know my nutrition played a huge role in my healing process and where I am today.

My path as a Massage Therapist began in 1995 as a student and graduated with honors from Seattle Massage School at the Greenlake Campus - Seattle, Washington in 1996. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist -WA state, Board Certified Therapeutic Massage Bodywork (BCTMB), Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT), Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), hold an Intra Oral Endorsement on my Washington State LMT license and certified in Pregnancy and Post Natal Massage. Dr. Liz Orchard is a Naturopathic Medical Doctor and founder of Be Well Natural Medicine Clinic. After graduating magna cum laude with a B.A. in pre-medical studies from the University of St. Thomas (2001), Dr. Orchard earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine (2008), with honors, from the oldest fully accredited naturopathic medical school, National University of Natural Medicine, in Portland, Oregon.

She graduated from the University of Minnesota, Morris where she obtained her Bachelors Degree in Biology and Chemistry. Dr. Champion treats patients of all ages with a variety of health concerns with areas of interest in Family Medicine, Women's Health, and Endocrine disorders.
