As a registered dietitian nutritionist and the owner of The Sweet Life Nutrition and Fitness, I believe in meeting the patient where they're at, "...because everyone deserves to live the sweet life". I primarily provide virtual care to patients with diabetes wanting to improve their blood sugars by implementing a sustainable, maintainable diet while also improving their fitness through guided workout plans and advice. I want to help build food freedom for people with diabetes so they can live their best life without their condition feeling like a crutch!

We help women of color struggling with isolation, inclusive nutrition balance, and health clarity find aligned stability and food freedom through gentle nutrition coaching, accessibility, sisterhood, movement, and accountability.

Muriel Doyle is a gifted educator and motivator. Her knack for identifying her clients' specific lifestyle challenges and creating a plan for successful improvement is one of her many strengths. She knows that education is only one of the many pillars for change. She understands the critical need to provide her clients with motivation and support using all available technology to be in contact with her clients beyond office visit. She uses HIPPAA compliant and user friendly computer and phone/i-pad app video conferencing and messaging to facilitate an ongoing support. My typical client has long term chronic conditions of pain, emotional trauma like anxiety, depression, burn-out, and digestive conditions combined with other conditions. Common issues include allergies, cold and flu symptoms, asthma, arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure, hormonal imbalances, and fatigue. Generally, my clients are looking for a natural and alternative way to treat their conditions as a compliment to their western treatments at a root cause level to eliminate symptoms for a long - term basis. Typically after a series of sessions, my committed clients will have long-term relief from their symptoms.

My services are primarily mobile as I believe that the best way to help a client achieve as high a level of relaxation, is for them to receive my services in their own environment. I have just moved to the Houston area and have an office located at Hand and Stone in the Oak Forest area. My ideal client is male or female from the age of 17 to the elder years. They are active in maintaining what is for them, optimal health. My goals in working with each of my clients to share with them practical ways of reducing the effects of the stress, injuries, and other minor trauma effects that can lead to chronic soft tissue maladies.

Growing up the daughter of athletic parents, I became interested in sports, wellness and nutrition at a young age. As a competitive gymnast and diver in college, I found it fascinating that what you ate could effect your sports performance. This lead me down the path to becoming a registered dietitian. I am passionate about helping people of all kinds meet their goals through nutrition and wellness and live a healthier life. Each client has their own personal plan that we devise together, so that it is something they can utilize long term.

Sports Rub Massage Recovery is an evidence-based Massage Therapy practice providing pain management solutions due to soft tissue injuries. Our Licensed Massage Therapists develop treatment plans to assist in the recovery of a sports injury, post-operative surgical rehabilitation, cancer and stroke recovery care or other wellness needs. We use a variety of massage therapy techniques and soft tissue mobilization tools to assist the client in obtaining a desired recovery result.
