I’m Kate, a registered and licensed dietitian based in St. Louis, MO. I work with adults and adolescents of all genders to heal their relationships with food and body by using an anti-diet, body-neutral approach. I enjoy supporting my clients to find peace with food, body, and movement despite being in a diet-centered world with ever changing body ideals.

I am a registered, licensed dietitian, certified eating disorder specialist and nutrition therapist. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders. I also work with clients on body image, fitness, sports nutrition, intuitive eating, weight management, medical conditions requiring dietary modification and postoperative bariatric surgery diets.

We are three Registered Dietitian Nutritionists with a mission to empower women to create sustainable lifestyle habits and cultivate a healthy, nourishing relationship with food through individualized coaching using a whole food focused, flexible and evidenced based approach. Kristin is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft, specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues, Crohn's, Celiac, and interested in Weight Management. Kristin enjoys collaborating with her clients and supporting them on their journey towards making sustainable lifestyle changes and believes health relies on the balance of nutritional, mental, social, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness. She whole heartedly believes that food is information for our cells and what we eat is critical to how we reveal ourselves to the world.

As a wellness coach, I help clients navigating a path to the health changes they desire most. Some specific challenges I have helped clients overcome include weight loss, improved nutritional habits, improved fitness, and being able to reduce or eliminate need for medications. Research has shown that lasting change is a process which takes time, curiosity, patience, perseverance and a willingness to grow. Clients often come to me after spending months or even years "stuck in the muck", frustrated at being unable to outgrow old habits which are having a negative impact on their health and well-being.

As a registered dietitian, I specialize in intuitive eating by teaching individuals to give up the diet mentality and start focusing on incorporating all foods into their diet. I also use this same philosophy among the athletes I work with and those struggling with eating disorders and disordered eating. I teach my clients to empower themselves to start saying yes to foods instead of no. Changing the way we eat is a lifestyle change but it doesn’t have to be radical either. Nutrition does not have to be difficult, but somehow we have made eating food very confusing.

St. Louis licensed Acupuncturist and Oriental Medicine Doctor, Dr. Shanna Zhang is a specialist in the both area of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine. She has successfully treated a wide range of diseases, and she has great experiences in: Pain relief, Migraine, Arthritis, Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Allergies, Sinusitis, Asthma, Skin Conditions (Eczema, Candida, etc), Infertility, Menopause, PMS, PCOS, Endometriosis, and many other women's health issues. Dr Zhang's experience and knowledge in acupuncture and Oriental Medicine allows her to continually excel in healing numerous patients and help them seek better quality of life.

My specialties are Women's Health, Sports Medicine (weekend warriors to the professional athlete), Chronic disease management(including cancer support) and Pediatrics; however, I do see a wide range of patients. I do use a combination of acupuncture, customized herb therapies where applicable, as well as food therapy and lifestyle counseling. It is very important to me that my patients feel empowered to regain control of their health.

Dr. Lily Hongbo Liu, OMD, PhD is one of a few acupuncturists who hold both an MD and PhD degrees with oriental and western medical training. She graduated from ShanDong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in 1988. After she practiced Chinese medicine and acupuncture in Chinese hospital for over ten years., she moved to Japan to earn her PhD of Medical Sciences at Kyoto University in 2005. Then she came to Washington University Medical School for her post-doctoral fellowship. Now she is a national certified acupuncturist by NCCAOM, as well as a licensed acupuncturist in state of Missouri.

I teach women with PCOS how to reduce symptoms and manage the condition with nutrition and lifestyle. I offer a 4-session PCOS package where we talk about nutrition, supplements, cycles, fertility, movement, body image, body positivity, stress and lifestyle. All clients receive weekly meal plans while they work with me.
