Jamie is a Registered Dietitian with Health Loft who takes a compassionate approach to nutrition therapy by meeting people where they are in their personal journeys and helping them make incremental changes in order to restore a peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. She understands the harmful nature of diet culture and takes an approach to nutrition therapy that is both affirming and sustainable. I am a passionate dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator and strive to help others become their best self through nutrition and lifestyle changes. Liliana Aguilar is a bilingual licensed and registered dietitian in private practice who lectures and develops nutrition education seminars, provides medical nutrition therapy to patients, as well as referred individuals.
