Estee Glikman RDN, CDN, RYT 200 (she/her) is a non-diet registered dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and yoga teacher. Estee’s nutrition and yoga philosophy is rooted in love and acceptance and is largely focused on gently empowering both children and adults to make nourishing choices for their bodies (with food and movement). Estee graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Queens College and then completed her Dietetic Internship at Lehman College in the Bronx, NY.

Jessica specializes in working with PCOS, Disordered/Eating Disorders, Infertility Nutrition, Pre/Post Partum, Hormonal Imbalances, and other areas. I practice an "all foods fit" approach to food. You have to eat every day, multiple times a day - choosing what to eat should be an easy, non-stressful task. Dr. Zhou is a licensed acupuncturist and neuroscientist, he received his MD from China and obtained his PhD in neuroscience from Japan. He had his resident training in Acupuncture, Orthopedics surgery and Neurology in China, he did postdoctoral research at the the Uni. of Texas. Dr. Zhou has worked in the field of brain research at New York Medical College, the Uni. of Pittsburgh, Columbia Uni, and Weill Cornell Medical College. His research interest is synaptic mechanisms, therapeutic solutions for neurologic diseases, pain, memory, and learning, possesses a strong publication record. Trilingual in English, Japanese and Mandarin.

Cristina is a Registered Dietitian passionate about educating patients to empower them to live their healthiest lives. This style of acupuncture utilizes a highly systematic method of palpation to gain diagnostic information thru touch. Using thinner needles, extremely gentle needle techniques and moxa, close attention is paid to precise location of acupuncture points and patient feedback is critical in guiding the treatment. Sessions will not be rushed and every effort will be made to assure you feel comfortable. I treat one patient at a time. Sessions are 90 minutes +.

Dr. Ming Jin obtained her Bachelor's, Master's and Doctorate degrees in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China. She is a Licensed Acupuncturist in NY and NJ and is NCCAOM certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine.

I am a Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac), and a Certified Herbal Specialist, who had followed my family's medical tradition. My father is a Neurologist who successfully integrated Chinese Medicine into his primary practice. I also had the honor of training with Dr. Jeffrey Yuen, the 88th generation Taoist Priest, an expert in School of Classical Chinese Medicine, also called "Extraordinary Vessels". This ancient yet relevant and sophisticated system addresses patient's maladies with a personalized approach .This allows not only to get the best results, but caters to any special needs of the patient.

It was after working with a private practice group in Chicago that Natalie discovered her passion for helping those suffering with eating disorders or years of disordered eating patterns repair their relationship with food.
