Sofia is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), Hormonal Imbalances (PCOS, etc.), and interested in Sports Nutrition. Sofia is passionate about helping others build a positive relationship with food and their bodies. Nutrition is not one-size-fits all, and Sofia believes in the importance of having a client-centered approach and providing personalized nutrition care. Hi! I’m Dr. Bethany and I am so honored to share my passion for naturopathic medicine with you. I’m a licensed naturopathic doctor (ND) trained as a primary care physician and have completed additional training focused in reproductive health, fertility awareness method, and pelvic floor therapy. Some of my favorite areas of health to support include: Preconception/postpartum care, menstrual disorders including PCOS, PMS, PMDD, endocrine imbalances including Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. I primarily treat chronic pain and musculoskeletal injuries. My belief is that these are often multi-faceted.
