Estee Glikman RDN, CDN, RYT 200 (she/her) is a non-diet registered dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and yoga teacher. Estee’s nutrition and yoga philosophy is rooted in love and acceptance and is largely focused on gently empowering both children and adults to make nourishing choices for their bodies (with food and movement). Estee graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Queens College and then completed her Dietetic Internship at Lehman College in the Bronx, NY.

Ming Jin received eleven years of training at the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, one of China's leading medical schools, studying Oriental and Western medicine. She was an attending physician at Shanghai Wu Song Hospital for her medical residency. Afterward she returned to the Shanghai University of TCM as a graduate student specializing in TCM Cardiology. Employed by the university after completing her Masters' Degree, she went on to post-graduate studies in gynecology and became one of the first women in China to earn a Ph.D. in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

My immediate concern is your discomfort. Your pain is addressed from the first visit; I use hands-on technques to reduce muscle spasms, joint tension, and disc pressure on the nerves: i.e. a tension headache can be reduced in seconds. I also prescribe foot orthotics for knee, hip, and back pain. Spinal assymetry is a cause of chronic back pain. Adults will find their sport and on-the-job injuries resove quickly; everyone wants to return to their faivorite activities as soon as possible. I like helping active people to stay active.
