I work on anyone who has a physical pain complaint. My clients range in age from 14-85, are professional athletes, recreational athletes, and anyone who has an injury. I have the training to assess your situation and implement the appropriate soft tissue treatment and joint mechanics. I continue to educate myself with classes on treatment protocols, soft tissue techniques, injury management and biomechanics. I have extensive experience in Sports Massage and have worked with athletes of all ages across a variety of sports.
The Osteopathic approach to the body is a holistic one. The body is an integrated system of neurologic reflexes, fluid mechanics, joint capsules and muscle tone. I have the training to pinpoint the cause of the problem and am able to create a treatment plan, including neuromuscular re-education. Treatment will include assessment and may include massage.
My clients are invested in their health. My goal is to keep you functioning so you can pursue the activities that you love. I have treated elite athletes, high school athletes, and college teams as well as people who claim to have little understanding of their bodies.
