I practice an intuitive art form rooted in scientific knowledge. Dr. Valentina Benitez, ND, provides an individualized and holistic approach to family medicine, pediatrics, sports medicine, prenatal and postpartum care. She is also trained in holistic pelvic floor and shiatsu massage. Dr. Benitez provides education and insight at every visit. With 26 years experience, I have a skilled, intuitive sense of touch. My specialties include trigger point massage (NMT), craniosacral therapy, and Bowen Therapy.
