I am a Functional Nutritionist, not a dietitian. I work with clients who are dealing with long-term unresolved health issues. These are often people who have seen three to five medical doctors and are unhappy with their medications and lack of results. I use food and food-based supplements to help clients rebuild their immune system, and other organ systems that are not functioning well. I make recommendations regarding foods that may be appropriate to eliminate from one's diet, and that may be responsible for inflammatory conditions. In conjunction with his credentials in acupuncture, Dr. Zuo has over 18 years of experience in the field of orthopedic surgery.He was the director of several hospitals and an instructor of anatomy and orthopedics for two medical schools in China.
