As a Registered Dietitian for over 20 years, I am committed to providing excellent nutrition therapy services with compassion and inclusivity. I have witnessed the harm caused by chronic dieting and eating disorders, and maintain expertise in eating disorder recovery, utilizing a Health At Every Size approach. In addition, I respect the science of nutrition and stay abreast of best Medical Nutrition Therapy practices for diabetes management, cardiovascular health, and general wellness.

I am a Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorders/disordered eating for over 10 years. My goal is to help women heal their relationship with food while nourishing their bodies. I help to educate and empower women through their recovery with disordered eating and negative body image. I listen and take into account the whole person in order to create a lifestyle and eating plan that is realistic for their lives.

I am a highly organized, professional and self-motivated Dietitian with a great passion for nutrition and people’s well-being. I believe that all foods fit into your diet and I would love to be part of your nutrition journey. I have previously worked with other clients to develop meal plans that are tailored just for them. I am also current with practices that align with evidence based research as well as other areas such as intermitting fasting and keto diets.

Agnes is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 10 years of experience. She received dual bachelor’s degrees in nutrition and psychology at University of Illinois at Chicago and received master’s degree in nutrition at University of Wisconsin. She is a certified specialist in pediatric critical care nutrition and currently working towards certified practitioner in integrative and functional nutrition. Agnes became a dietitian to help people improve their health and relationship with food. She will meet you wherever you are in your journey. She believes that all foods have a place in a well-balanced diet.

Dawn is a Registered Dietitian, Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist. She completed her internship at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison after graduating from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. She has experience providing Medical Nutrition Therapy in clinical nutrition, hospitals, outpatient clinics and dialysis centers. She is also a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. Dawn’s appreciation for food started at an early age, while growing up and working in her family’s diner. This developed into a passion for nutrition and how food can help with healing and overall wellbeing.

Hi, I'm Stephanie! I’m a Health at Every Size aligned dietitian specializing in eating disorder recovery, intuitive eating, and weight neutral medical nutrition therapy. I work with clients to develop an individualized nourishment plan based on their hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues – without relying on external factors like calorie counting or food restriction to guide eating. I believe that food should be satisfying, fun, and easy. I believe that wellness should be accessible to everyone. And I believe that people in all bodies deserve respectful, compassionate care.

Rosemary is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She completed her dietetic clinicals at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh.Rosemary credits her strong clinical foundation when applying evidenced-based medical nutrition therapy to clients one on one. She believes creating small changes over time will make a large difference - especially when it comes to nutrition! Working together, Rosemary will help you create an individualized nutrition plan to reach your nutrition goals.

Cristina is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist ready to assist you in cultivating an enjoyable connection with food, while recognizing and honoring the significance food holds in your life. Cristina's approach is providing compassionate, non-diet, and Health at Every Size (HAES) to client care. She believes well-being extends beyond any particular measurement. She will focus on fostering a positive relationship to food and support you in making choices that align with your well-being. Her Hispanic upbringing also focuses on adding cultural foods that are nourishing and important for some.

You’ll hear me say this all the time because I truly believe it: all foods fit. There are no “good” and “bad” foods. The only time I’m going to tell you not to eat something is if you’re allergic to it or if it has mold on it. Other than that, all foods fit! Hey there! My name is Christina Yangas. I'm a nationally registered dietitian with a masters degree in human nutrition from The University of Alabama. I first wanted to be a dietitian to help change the face of sports dietetics. I wanted to be one of the first females to help take a team to the Super Bowl, championship, Olympics – you name it. I saw the fun in optimizing performance of elite athletes. However, as I studied nutrition I learned more about how broken the health system is and how often misconceptions about diet and food are causing long term repercussions.

Jessica became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist after completing her Dietetic Internship and master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition through Murray State University, Kentucky. She has been afforded the opportunity to work in many clinical settings throughout her career, including rehab facilities, small and large hospitals, and within physician’s offices in addition to one-on-one clients. At Integrative Therapeutic Massage, we help people with muscular pain problems feel better. Whether helping Chicago area athletes maintain their peak performance with sports massage or aiding clients in the rehabilitation of an injury or chronic pain condition, we have the experience and the expertise to assess and treat your pain symptoms and, in many cases, correct those factors contributing to the problem. Brittany Bingham MS, RD, LD is a dietitian with many years of experience in dietetics and wellness. Brittany earned her undergraduate degree at Northern Illinois University. After undergrad, she moved back to her hometown to build her nutrition skills through the Sodexo Dietetic Internship with a focus in clinical nutrition while simultaneously completing her MS in Dietetics. Melanie Lewis is an experienced registered dietitian living in Chicago. Her curiosity for food and nutrition began at a young age harvesting and preparing the fresh fruits and vegetables grown right in her own backyard. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Penn State University. After graduation, she traveled to New Orleans, Louisiana to complete over 1000 hours of supervised practice at Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Her experience has allowed her to provide evidence-based nutrition education to diverse populations with a variety of nutritional needs.
