Our office specializes in the upper cervical technique, Atlas Orthogonal. It is a low force technique using an instrument to adjust the spine. It is painless and does not involve any twisting. If you are uncomfortable with manual adjustments and do not like to get your spine "popped" this is an better option for you. I have been using this technique for over twenty years.
