Jessica Cortez, MS, RD, LD is a registered dietitian specializing in eating disorders. Jessica graduated from Texas State University in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science. Jessica went on to complete her Master of Science in Nutrition at Texas Woman’s University. Jessica has experience working individually with clients as young as 7 years old and up to 79 years old. Jessica has a great deal of knowledge working with a variety of diagnoses including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, avoidant restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), diabulimia and orthorexia/disordered eating.

Dr. Heather Finley is a registered dietitian. She helps people struggling with bloating, constipation, and IBS find relief from their symptoms and feel excited about food again. Heather struggled with her own digestive issues for nearly 20 years and understands first hand the impact that nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset have on digestive health. Gut health shouldn’t be restrictive, stressful, and all-consuming. She developed a simple way that individuals can reduce digestive symptoms and add foods back into their diet.

My work focuses on functional nutrition and helping clients to better understand natural ways to help their bodies find balance. This can be done in various ways including nutrition and lifestyle support that looks at all areas of one's daily life including diet, exercise, sleep, stress management, simple daily detox support and focusing on a spiritual practice, which for me, as a Christian, includes time with the Lord. Cherie's passion and mission is to help people take control of their health by helping them to understand the connection between their health and the foods they eat. Cherie has traveled extensively, both nationally and abroad, to further her studies of the medicinal effects of food on the body. In 2004, Cherie completed her educational curriculum from Texas Women's University at Denton, Texas and earned her R.D., L.D. accreditation and licensure. She has worked on furthering her knowledge by working on her Masters in Nutrition degree at Texas Women's University.
