I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator. My goal is to help clients make peace with food. Whether you have been struggling with an eating disorder or are a mom looking to find peace at family meals, I am here to help. I have received specialized training in eating disorders, intuitive eating, women's health, pediatrics, and diabetes. I have been practicing and teaching acupuncture and oriental medicine for 30 years. I earned both an M.S. and a Ph.D. in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in China. In the U.S., I started applying my trade at the American College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 2010 and earned my acupuncture license in Texas in 2012.One of the projects in which I participated, the use of acupuncture to prevent dementia, received national and governmental awards. I have also published over 20 research papers on acupuncture and oriental medicine.
