I have been practicing and teaching acupuncture and oriental medicine for 30 years. I earned both an M.S. and a Ph.D. in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in China. In the U.S., I started applying my trade at the American College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 2010 and earned my acupuncture license in Texas in 2012.One of the projects in which I participated, the use of acupuncture to prevent dementia, received national and governmental awards. I have also published over 20 research papers on acupuncture and oriental medicine.

Heather is passionate about working collaboratively with her clients to help them heal their relationship with their body and food. She works with clients to facilitate changes that will improve overall quality of life. She believes that food and nutrition should not only support someone’s physical health, but their social, emotional, and mental health as well. Her own experiences have fueled her particular interest in intuitive eating, disordered eating and HAES aligned care. She loves working alongside clients to find creative ways to make food both nourishing and enjoyable.

Henry and Sharon (Yingping) have over 30 years' clinical experience in China and USA. Both of us graduated from medical colleges in China. Our traditional Chinese culture and philosophy background, alone with professional training in both Chinese medicine (acupuncture) and Western medicine, provide us with unique insights when access our patients. Our offices are located Denver/Cherry Creek, CO, and Houston, TX. The acupuncture needles we use are sterile and disposable. I am a native Houstonian who earned my Master's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from The American College of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine. Prior to my training in acupuncture and herbal medicine, I was a yoga instructor. I completed thorough, well-rounded teacher trainings with Robert Boustany as well as Ana Forrest. I now incorporate my knowledge of the breath, the body & finding balance ~ from the inside, out ~ to my acupuncture practice.

Dr. Gracie Chukwu is a Doctor of Naturopathy specializing in Holistic Primary Care & Nutrition.
