Desiree Sterling received her Master's of Science from Pacific College of Oriental medicine (PCOM) in San Diego in 2005. She graduated from the Norwegian College of Acupuncture in 2002 and has also had formal training in Physical Therapy from Oslo, Norway. She has treated collegiate athletes at the RIMAC sports facility at UCSD in San Diego. Some of her training includes functional endocrinology, functional blood chemistry, and neuro-endocrine-immune problems. She provides treatments for endocrine and hormonal disorders related to infertility, chronic fatigue, digestive disorders, decreased immunity, hypoglycemia, insulin resistance, diabetes, thyroid and adrenal issues as well as cardiovascular conditions.

I am passionate about helping people heal and optimize their relationships with food. Having lived with Crohn’s disease for over a decade, I fully understand food-related challenges and complexities, and the profound impact they can have on a person’s quality of life. I’m committed to giving my clients knowledge, resources, and confidence to navigate their food worlds. I am a pediatric dietitian and I apply my evidence-based methodology to working with families with feeding challenges. Feeding children is tough. As an eating disorder specialized registered dietitian, it's one of my core values for every one of my clients to feel their voice is respected and their needs are honored during the recovery process. I will support you with your nutrition targets while being mindful of psychological and medical comorbidities that can complicate nutrition in recovery. I tailor all recommendations in consideration of your food sensitivities, variety limitations, and GI issues (whether due to the eating disorder or preexisting), such as constipation, diarrhea, bloating, and intolerances.

I help patients with pain, muscle spasm, stiffness and movement restrictions, often from injuries or accidents. Mostly musculoskeletal problems but not limited to those problems, I help headaches. I help patients discover the cause of their symptoms. I prefer to help those patients that are motivated to help themselves, a teamwork approach between the patient and myself. I have experienced many basic injuries and know first-hand the pain and healing of these injuries.

Hilary (she/her) is an anti-diet registered dietitian and practices from a mental health and trauma-informed lens. She utilizes a Health at Every Size philosophy and emphasizes All Foods Fit with principles of Intuitive Eating to help clients remove guilt and shame and to start building and positive and healthy relationship with food and their bodies. Through compassionate and collaborative care, she will help you understand your eating behaviors, patterns, and thoughts on a deeper level.

Dr. Karen Rohrbaugh treats patients with chronic pain and illness, anxiety/stress, PMS/menopause and many other health concerns. She is a compassionate listener and healer. In addition to using needles, Dr. Karen uses the Acutron Mentor, a microcurrent device, which has been endorsed by the NFL and the US Olympic Committee to treat pain. Dr. Karen has been practicing acupuncture since 2005. She is constantly expanding her knowledge by taking classes and learning new techniques and modalities.
