Hello there! I’m Jackie and I see clients 1:1 in my virtual private practice. My populations of expertise include kids, teens, and adults with autism, ADHD, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and physical disabilities (such as Spinal Cord Injury, Spina Bifida, Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, and Rheumatoid Arthritis). I am passionate about tailoring nutrition recommendations to neurodiverse clients that focus on their strengths and abilities with a focus on weight-inclusive care. First visit an evaluation, assestment, postural analysis, range of motion and muscle testing is done, to determine the best treatment plan for each patients/client's condition. Some modalities applied with the Massage Therapy treatment are PNF, Assisted Stretchting, Manual Traction, Joint and Soft Tissue Mobilization, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy and Connective Tissue Scraping(Gua Sha). I am an experienced Registered Dietitian, specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, medical nutrition therapy, and general nutrition counseling. I am currently the director of the nutrition department at the NYS Psychiatric Institute, an in-patient treatment unit at Columbia University Medical Center. My philosophy is founded on the principle that being healthy does not require dieting or deprivation. We will work towards creating a healthy relationship with food by normalizing eating behaviors and developing the skills to make mindful decisions about food and your body.

I utilize a non-diet approach to help individuals achieve their goals, heal their relationship with food, and break the cycle of dieting. I specialize in eating disorders, disordered eating, and intuitive eating. I also specialize in digestive health and I work with clients to manage digestion/inflammation without unnecessary food restriction.

Nicole is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She completed her dietetic internship through the coordinated graduate program at Northern Illinois University after attending the University of Minnesota for her undergraduate degree in nutrition. After sessions with Nicole, you can expect to feel empowered to make food choices that make you feel your best. You will gain a better understanding about how food and nutrition work in the body. Nicole excels at assisting clients with goal setting and providing clients with tools to achieve their goals.

I treat all conditions through the modalities that I am familiar with. I have been practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)-- including Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology -- for 25 years. I have also taught TCM for 25 years at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York City and have served on the board of the Acupuncture Society of New York and have been working for the national testing organization for the licensure of Chinese Medicine practitioners (NCCAOM) for 25 years.

Ming Jin received eleven years of training at the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, one of China's leading medical schools, studying Oriental and Western medicine. She was an attending physician at Shanghai Wu Song Hospital for her medical residency. Afterward she returned to the Shanghai University of TCM as a graduate student specializing in TCM Cardiology. Employed by the university after completing her Masters' Degree, she went on to post-graduate studies in gynecology and became one of the first women in China to earn a Ph.D. in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Anna Petersen is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and licensed in the state of Illinois. She graduated with a Master of Science degree in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics and has 10+ years of clinical experience, providing Medical Nutrition Therapy to complex patients in a fast paced acute care setting. Anna’s experience as an inpatient dietitian has provided her with a strong foundation, working with various disease states as well as diverse populations throughout the lifespan.

The work I do is based on Chinese medicine, one of the oldest holistic healing traditions, and can address many different kinds of issues. Health, according to Chinese medicine, occurs when the "qi", or "vital energy", is moving smoothly and harmoniously through its pathways in the body. When this happens we experience a wonderful sense of well-being and connection in our lives. This can be felt on the physical level, pain management is one benefit, and also on the mental, emotional and spiritual levels, as the qi affects all aspects of our being.

Rebecca practices from a weight-neutral and functional lens, always searching for the root causes of her patient’s symptoms.

Marissa Meshulam is a registered dietitian nutritionist and the founder of MPM Nutrition. Marissa encourages a mindful approach to food. She helps people unlearn food rules engrained from years of dieting and instead relearn how to listen to their bodies. Marissa views her goal as to simplify nutrition. She helps clients finds confidence around food and their bodies for the long term. She specializes in food preoccupation, disordered eating, GI issues, chronic fatigue, weight management, body image issues, women's nutrition and overall wellness.

Catherine obtained a Master’s Degree in Nutritional Science and has over 17 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian. Catherine has experience developing nutrition programs for a health and well-being company and a rehabilitation center. She especially enjoys the one-to-one interaction and relationship that blossoms when working with clients. During sessions with Catherine, you can expect a non-judgmental, confidential, and client centered conversation.
