Dr. Nate Champion is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Arizona and registered in the state of Minnesota. He is extensively trained in both conventional and alternative medicine. He has attended a 4-year, accredited medical school, including 2 years of clinical rotations, and has passed national board exams. Dr. Champion is Board Certified by the North American Board of Naturopathic Examiners (NABNE). Dr. Sharon Johnson-Eby, LAc., MSOM, DCM, is a Licensed Acupuncturist with NCCAOM board certification in Acupuncture, Master’s and Doctorate degree in Chinese Medicine. She’s the founder of An Medi-Zen, which utilizes both Integrative Health & Chinese Medicine. I help athletes and active individuals ages 15-40 heal from disordered eating, an eating disorder or Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S). Hi! My name is Melissa and I am both a registered dietitian and a nurse. Although I have learned so much and enjoyed working as a registered nurse in both acute care and outpatient settings, my interests truly lie in chronic disease prevention and management through a healthful diet and lifestyle and in learning from the journey taken toward achieving these goals. My passion is in helping others along their journey to reaching their personal health and wellness goals.

Dr. Liz Orchard is a Naturopathic Medical Doctor and founder of Be Well Natural Medicine Clinic. After graduating magna cum laude with a B.A. in pre-medical studies from the University of St. Thomas (2001), Dr. Orchard earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine (2008), with honors, from the oldest fully accredited naturopathic medical school, National University of Natural Medicine, in Portland, Oregon.

I studied and practiced both Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in China. I also received a Master degree in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Washington in Seattle. I have over 20 years of experience in health care, as an OB/GYN doctor in China, a clinical research specialist in the department of OB/GYN at the University of Washington Medical Center, and a certified nutritionist for the US Federal WIC program. With knowledge, experience, and passion, I started my private practice of TCM in 1996.

I've seen firsthand the tremendous impact nutrition can have on your brain and body, after suffering a concussion with a multitude of related symptoms, I felt lost. Nutrition saved my brain, and improved my memory and concentration. In the process my gut health also improved, sugar cravings went away, and I slept better. I suffered a lot of different symptoms after my concussion and know my nutrition played a huge role in my healing process and where I am today.
