Anna is a Registered Dietitian that practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and pediatrics with a history of GI disorders (Celiac, IBS, Low-FODMAP, IBD, Constipation, GERD, lactase and sucrase deficiency), Healthy Eating, Weight Management, Food Allergies, and Pediatric Nutrition. She works collaboratively with clients to set realistic and practical goals reflective of individualized nutrition plans. She believes that balanced nutrition looks differently for everyone, and client’s medical history needs to be considered along with their resources, schedules, and circumstances.

My ideal patient is someone who has tried "everything" and is desperate to get out of pain using a drug free approach. I love patients who are willing to work as hard for themselves as I am willing to work for them.

She understands the critical need to provide her clients with motivation and support using all available technology to be in contact with her clients beyond office visit. She uses HIPPAA compliant and user friendly computer and phone/i-pad app video conferencing and messaging to facilitate an ongoing support. Henry and Sharon (Yingping) have over 30 years' clinical experience in China and USA. Both of us graduated from medical colleges in China. Our traditional Chinese culture and philosophy background, alone with professional training in both Chinese medicine (acupuncture) and Western medicine, provide us with unique insights when access our patients. Our offices are located Denver/Cherry Creek, CO, and Houston, TX. The acupuncture needles we use are sterile and disposable. We take good care of our patients and are very glad to work together with you for your healthy and happier life.

Growing up the daughter of athletic parents, I became interested in sports, wellness and nutrition at a young age. As a competitive gymnast and diver in college, I found it fascinating that what you ate could effect your sports performance. This lead me down the path to becoming a registered dietitian. I am passionate about helping people of all kinds meet their goals through nutrition and wellness and live a healthier life. Each client has their own personal plan that we devise together, so that it is something they can utilize long term.

My services are primarily mobile as I believe that the best way to help a client achieve as high a level of relaxation, is for them to receive my services in their own environment. I have just moved to the Houston area and have an office located at Hand and Stone in the Oak Forest area. My ideal client is male or female from the age of 17 to the elder years. They are active in maintaining what is for them, optimal health. My goals in working with each of my clients to share with them practical ways of reducing the effects of the stress, injuries, and other minor trauma effects that can lead to chronic soft tissue maladies.

As a massage therapist I believe in the value of customer care, that is why I have emphasized on training myself in many different modalities; So, I can blend on the massage sessions some of these different techniques like deep tissue, trigger points, acupressure and cranial-sacral, just to mention some few modalities that I use on my practice.

Our office specializes in the upper cervical technique, Atlas Orthogonal. It is a low force technique using an instrument to adjust the spine. It is painless and does not involve any twisting. If you are uncomfortable with manual adjustments and do not like to get your spine "popped" this is an better option for you. I have been using this technique for over twenty years. I practiced in North Carolina and have recently moved to Houston.I also have a RN degree and still work as a nurse part time.

Xiaona Yang, M.D (China), Dipl.OM, has over 20 years clinical dermatology & pain management experience in acupuncture , Chinese herbs and western medicine in China . graduated with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM ) from a 5-year medical program at HeBei college of TCM . after graduation she continued 3 - year medical program in dermatology at HuBei university of TCM where she get M.D. in dermatology of Western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine . Dermatology has a unique character that doctors usually just use their eyes to get diagnosis, Dr. Yang has accumulated much clinic experience during practicing in China .
