I am a career healthcare provider with a 23-year Western medical ICU background prior to entering the field of acupuncture/TCM. My experience as an RCP-NPS at some of the top teaching/research hospitals in the US - and abroad - uniquely informs my integrative approach to treatment. For the past 12 years, the practice of TCM has allowed me to bring the most modern scientific understanding to the truly comprehensive holistic approach on which this ancient healing system is premised. I received my MAOM in 2012; completed doctoral studies at Five Branches University San Jose in 2023. I practice in both the Wash DC and Tucson areas.

An essential principal of Naturopathic medicine is the "healing power of nature"(Vis Medicatrix Naturae). This concept forms the foundation of my belief and approach to medicine. As such I was a professor of Oncology at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine, where I instructed 4th year Naturopathic medical students. We also enjoy helping those with upper neck and headache issues utilizing the Atlas Orthogonal technique. We are one of 200 or so doctors in the world trained in this technique, which is gentle and very effective. We have seen great success treating patients with migraine headaches with this method.
