I work with clients of all types using Chinese Medicine methods to maximize their health and increase quality of life. I enjoy working with the difficult problems such as skin, infertility, digestive disorders and chronic pain as well working to prevent health problems in the future.

Ray graduated from medical school in China, where he had the opportunity to study and treat patients in hospitals with conditions such as musculoskeletal pain, sleep disorders, gynecology disorders, stroke, gastrointestinal disorders, upper respiratory disorders, emotional-related issues, urogenital conditions, chronic fatigue, circulatory, immune related and other stress-related problems.

We all have different experiences that shape who we are. I collaborate with my clients using a non diet, Healthy at Every Size (HAES) approach to help them find peace and contentment in their relationship with food, their bodies and their lives. I work with both adolescents and adults. I offer tele-health and see clients in person in Tacoma and North Seattle. I am a down-to-earth (but still-above-the-ground) acupuncturist with a good sense of humor, hair color that's always changing, and a deep interest in my patients' lives. Dr. Fred Chard Dr. Chard received his DC degree from Western States Chiropractic, Portland, Oregon in 1977. His first animal patients were a goat, and then horses. From 1984-5, Dr. Chard also attended acupuncture college in Honolulu, HI, at the Amerasian Institute The doctor moved to Washington, and worked with a holistic veterinarian in Renton, WA, providing animal chiropractic care to dogs and cats from 1989 to 2001. I'm Linden Hale (she/her/hers), and I am a weight-inclusive Registered Dietitian. I specialize in eating disorders/disordered eating, menstrual health, digestive health, and relationships to food and body. I love working with patients of all genders, neurotypes, and identities who are ready to explore their relationship to food with curiosity and compassion with an affirming care team. Dr. Adam Geiger is a naturopathic physician specializing in musculoskeletal ultrasound and orthopedic medicine. Dr. Geiger graduated from the University of Michigan with an honors degree in biochemistry and completed the Naturopathic Medicine program at Bastyr University in 2005. He was selected for a two year residency in nutritional and orthopedic medicine with Thomas Dorman, MD at the Paracelsus Clinic and was trained in Cyriax orthopedics and prolotherapy. He remained on staff there until 2009 and in 2010 he started his private practice in Seattle specializing in regenerative and orthopedic medicine.

My name is Megan Charles and I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I have a Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition Sciences and psychology. After college, I went to work for a nutrition tech company to help create an app that could personalize nutrition for any user but felt the drive to make more of an impact. I worked for them for 3 years and then I opened my nutrition counseling business, Nutritionally Sound, to reach people on a more personal level and help them on their nutrition journey.

Lee Huang M.S.,L.Ac was a physician (eye surgeon) in China. She specializes in treating degenerative eye diseases, pain management and women's health conditions. Her grandmother's stroke recovery through acupuncture treatment inspired her learning in acupuncture. Her mission is to provide the body's own natural healing abilities to restore optimal health.
