I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) passionate about helping people make peace with food and their bodies. I teach women with PCOS how to reduce symptoms and manage the condition with nutrition and lifestyle. I offer a 4-session PCOS package where we talk about nutrition, supplements, cycles, fertility, movement, body image, body positivity, stress and lifestyle. All clients receive weekly meal plans while they work with me.

I work with adolescents and young adults to achieve a healthy relationship with food, body, and exercise. I include families in my treatment, as needed, to ensure adequate supports for everyone. Treating an eating disorder works best with a team- I work with parents, therapists, medical providers, and any other professionals to help my clients recover.

The techniques I use are gentle enough for people in almost any condition (I have treated newborns, geriatric patients, and patients with spinal metastasis).
