Its a nonsurgical way of treating Migraine headaches, neck and low back pain. I focus mainly in the upper neck region where most of these and other problems originate. There is No Twisting or Turning of the neck during an adjustment.

As someone who has lived with type-1 diabetes for over 15yrs, I get how it is to live with a chronic condition while also balancing the rest of life, including the rigors of high intensity physical activity. As a CDCES, I love my fellow T1Ds, but I specialize in diabetes management of all types and can help monitor and alter meal balance and timing, food-medication dosing strategies, carb counting habits, physical activity, and more.
