Many patients are surprised (and some are relieved!) to know that I specialize in acupuncture without needles. Instead of needles, I use AcuLaser (laser light) to stimulate acupuncture points. Patients find these treatments to be relaxing and effective. Meanwhile, a growing body of clinical and scientific evidence is validating this modern modality when used in the context of the acupuncture meridian system, a framework developed thousands of years ago.

Dr. Xu is a OMD, MD from China , a NYS Licensed Acupuncturist and NCCAOM board certified acupuncturist. He has over 30 years experience in both traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. He utilizes not only TCM (Traditional Chinese Acupuncture), but also Japanese acupuncture and Acupuncture Physical Medicine (APM) to address your needs.He is currently clinical Faculty member,Director of the Graduate Program in Oriental Medicine,Director of Continue education program, Institutional Review Board member at New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Dr. Bin Xu graduated from Heilongjian University one of the top Universities for Acupuncture in China.

Laura is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a background in psychology that focuses on helping clients cultivate a safe and nourishing relationship with food and eating while supporting their mental health. She believes health is so much more than what we eat, so she has a special focus at the intersection of nutrition and psychological wellbeing. Laura has won numerous awards for her holistic approach to care, including Dietitian of the Year at New York Presbyterian Hospital - one of the largest health systems in NYC.

He graduated from Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1984 and served as Physician, Attending Physician, and Director of the Acupuncture Department at Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People’s Hospital for 11 years. In 1995, he received the Sino-Japanese Sasakawa Medical Scholarship to study rehabilitation medicine in Japan. Later, he earned an MD and Ph.D. in Neurology and Neuroscience from Tokyo Medical and Dental University in 2022. Dr. Zhao also served as a Research Fellow in Herbology and Acupuncture at Harvard Medical School for 4 years.

Qian Zuo (Annie) is a licensed and board certified acupuncturist who practice acupuncture in New York.Originally from Beijing, China, She received her first Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) degree from Henan TCM School and received her Master's degree in Physiology from University of Montreal. With her solid education background and clinical experience, she has provided her patients a high quality of acupuncture treatment and patient centered care. In order to providing her patients with the most treatment skills available, She has been taking continuing education courses to maintain a high professional level.
Qian Zuo (Annie) is a licensed and board certified acupuncturist who practice acupuncture in New York.Originally from Beijing, China, She received her first Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) degree from Henan TCM School and received her Master's degree in Physiology from University of Montreal. Karen is a New York State licensed, nationally certified Five Element acupuncturist. Karen earned a Master of Acupuncture degree from Tai Sophia Institute in Maryland. As the first accredited acupuncture program in the United States, Tai Sophia's program combines rigorous classroom teaching with rich clinical experiences. As a result, Karen has a strong theoretical and philosophical foundation of how to treat each patient with skill, compassion and care.

So often patients will find that as the healing occurs, they find themselves healed of so much more than just an ache or a pain. So often we carry wounds that run deep which prevent real healing from occurring. We have lost the sense of reverence we should have for one another. I believe this has happened because we as a culture have forgotten who we are, and what we are fully called to be.
