Not only providing nutrition and wellness services for others, but I was personally diagnosed with Sjögren’s Disease nearly 30 years ago, and survived a carbon monoxide poisoning event. I’ve experienced firsthand what it means to live with chronic illness, fatigue, taking numerous medications, and navigating unanswered questions.
