This also creates a warm, calming environment where he or she can feel comfortable opening up. Having a degree in both Psychology and nutrition enables me to use counseling and behavior modification in conjunction with nutrition therapy. I don't focus on calories or numbers, rather achieving a healthy balanced relationship with food, exercise and their bodies.
